This is an important notice to all of you.


- For all applicants:
- Call for entries will close OCTOBER 15, 2010 (Japan Standard Time).
- We will close online application page tomorrow evening.
- Your sample of work must arrive within tomorrow, OCTOBER 15. 2010.



**Please remind you will be disqualified or Kyoto Lab committee will make you deduction of points at the review under the following circumstances.
- We DO NOT accept sample of submission via internet (link, download and all kinds of submission via internet).
- if you submit over 3minutes sample of work
- if you submit many (2 or more) sample of works
- if you cannot meet the submission deadline



応募作品が3分を超えている場合や、複数の作品を提出された場合、また締切をこえて作品が到着した場合は
失格または審査の際に減点となりますことをあらかじめご了承下さい。また、インターネットでの如何なる提出も認めません。


- For INTERNATIONAL Applicants
Please send us DVD by EMS, DHL, Fedex or other express shipping service immediately, then please send us tracking number by e-mail. we will check your packet status by tracking number.


- For Domestic Applicants
オンラインアプリケーション、作品提出共に締切は明日となっています。それ以降の提出は認めません。
速達、宅急便等で送付される場合は、その旨を明記の上、Confirmation Numberと共に事務局までご連絡下さい。
明日までに事務局に持込を検討されている場合は事務局までご連絡ください。
